Aircraft Carrier ASW Capabilities: 1963- 1987

Join us for a presentation by Chuck Phillips, who worked for the Department of Defense at the Naval Air Development Center in Warminster, PA from 1953 to 1983-- one of the DOD’s most important research and development facilities. He was Project Engineer on Autopilot Control Systems for Drone Aircraft for 9 years and was Program Manager of all the Navy’s Anti-Siubmarine Warfare (ASW) Telemetry Systems for 21 years, installing systems on 17 aircraft carriers and at 5 NATO bases and half of the systems on LAMPS helicopters.
